Scope and acceptance
These Terms govern your use of DeutschTest, including mock tests, practice tools, progress tracking and AI-assisted feedback. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
LEGAL
These terms explain, in clear language, the rules that apply when you use DeutschTest.
Effective: 21 August 2026
These Terms govern your use of DeutschTest, including mock tests, practice tools, progress tracking and AI-assisted feedback. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
DeutschTest is an independent preparation platform. Practice content, scores and feedback are learning aids and do not constitute an official examination result, certificate or guarantee that you will pass an exam.
Some writing or speaking features may use artificial intelligence. AI feedback can be incomplete or inaccurate and should be treated as guidance rather than an authoritative assessment. Do not submit sensitive personal information in practice answers.
The platform design, software, original practice materials and branding are protected by intellectual-property laws. You retain rights in content you submit, while granting us the limited permission needed to process it and provide the requested service.
DeutschTest may rely on providers such as Google for sign-in, Supabase for authentication and data services, Vercel for hosting and AI providers for selected feedback features. Their own terms may also apply when you use those services.
We work to keep DeutschTest available and accurate, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. Features may be improved, replaced or discontinued. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated through the service where appropriate.
We may restrict or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly violate these Terms, threaten the service or other users, or must be restricted for legal reasons. You may stop using the service at any time.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, DeutschTest is not liable for indirect losses or for decisions based solely on practice scores or automated feedback.
